ICDS always gives high priority on good governance,accountability and transparency operating according to the approved Constitution of the Society. It has two tier Organizational structural namely General Body & Executive Committee. General Body Comprises a group of qualified and experienced professional of the Organization.General Body compressed of 21 members holds an annual General meetings annually in a transparent and democratic process . The General Body approved all the activities of Executive Committee.
The General Body elects 9 members executive committee for every year.The E.C is the supreme authority to frame policies,guidelines and decisions to run the society.
The E.C Members have been continuously contributing to organizational growth and development by processing their valuable advice and suggestions in the formation of policies and guidelines.The EC is headed by president ,Secretary appointed by the Executive Committee plays vital role in running the society and is responsible for implementation of all the programs of the Society.
