I am pleased to share you the Activity Report of Itinda Community Development Society. All of you know that ICDS started its journey in the year 1993 and completed 29 years service in social sector.
ICDS has worked with multiple stake holders:-Government bodies , media ,private sector,National funding agencies and multilateral organizations to create a platforms and an understanding to works unpreviliged sections of society.
All of you know that flower blooms not for it self but for others. We are very much delighted that ICDS has been blooming not for itself but for the needy and vulnerable people of the society in West Bengal since 1993.
Every year has been a challenging period of ICDS specially when the global economy is unsteady and since then ICDS has been going through period where each of financial resources has been a concern to all of us.With all this constraints ,ICDS has been implementing all its programs whole heartedly with the active involvement of beneficiaries & stateholders.Govt of West Bengal & District Administrations extended their full support and co-operation to us in implementation of our developmental programs .
We assure you that we continue to wrote closely with lateral and multi-lectural donors to initiate innovative programs than ensure measurable outcomes and maximum values for money for their development aims. The drive and determinations of ICDS team to understand the needs of beneficiaries and to continuously deliver on these is inspiring. We know that we are determine and we will bring greater achievement in future.
Last but not the least, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all of them especially Govt. of West Bengal and Howrah District Administration,Bagnan Block – II and Sub Divisional Administration,Police dept, Donors, Beneficiaries,Governing body members and staffs for their pretentions supports and co-operations to ICDS .We would also like to express sincere thanks towards all the volunteers,interns and all individuals who devoted their time and knowledge in our projects.Further more,we express our gratitude towards our colleagues for their energy,co-operation and encouragement through out the year .

ICDS is a registered voluntary social welfare organization for social action and economic development in an integrated way. ICDS was superheaded by Kakali Mondal for helping support towards betterment of margin also people who are deprived,exploited and lead their lives in deplorable conditions. The group initiated social service program to help the discharged and to help them regain self confidence and new strength .this was done through interactive human relation exercise,personal attention and counseling the forgotten people .ICDS works with the people being a co-partner in their community life and plays the role as per their problems needs and aspirations.
